Powersports Technical Support Specialist

We are a leading powersports distributor located in Garland, Texas. We are seeking a qualified, hands-on, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team and provide exceptional support to customers and dealers. Position Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to provide outstanding technical and parts support, including but not limited to: Serve as the main point of contact for dealers, customers, and technicians Provide professional phone support regarding technical issues, parts compatibility, troubleshooting, and related inquiries Process warranty claims and parts orders accurately and efficiently Pull, package, and ship parts as needed Organize and maintain inventory Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within internal systems Document and report recurring or batch-related product issues to management for quality assurance and resolution Requirements Strong understanding of parts, repairs, and troubleshooting Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping abilities Experience Powersports expertise is
