- Design, develop, and implement robust embedded software solutions for mission-critical systems
- Analyze algorithm descriptions and existing codebases to recommend and execute architectural enhancements
- Collaborate closely with systems engineering and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration
- Develop, test, and deliver software in a Linux/Rocky environment, using C++ as the primary programming language
- Participate in the complete development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through integration, acceptance testing, and final delivery
- Apply Agile development methodologies to drive continuous improvement and project agility [Required Skills and Experience]
- Active Secret Clearance with investigation within the past 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (accredited)
- Proficient in real-time embedded software development using C++ on Linux platforms
- Solid experience in software and hardware integration and testing [Preferred Skills]
- Knowledge of Data Distribution Services (DDS) by RTI, especially Publish/Subscribe communication protocols
- Familiarity with Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA)
- Experience using CMake for build automation
- Exposure to embedded real-time Ada programming
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
