Job Description

Description Overview Seeking a technical support professional to provide operational support for enterprise data platforms, integrations, and reporting environments. This role serves as a key point of contact for troubleshooting data-related issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the reliability of critical business data processes. Key Responsibilities

+ Provide first- and second-level support for data integration processes, reporting platforms, and enterprise data workflows.

+ Monitor system performance, data movement, and operational health using monitoring and alerting tools.

+ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while meeting established service levels.

+ Escalate complex incidents to engineering or development teams with thorough documentation and analysis.

+ Perform routine operational activities including batch process monitoring, system checks, access management, and data validation.

+ Partner with business stakeholders to support data-related requests and improve overall user experience.

+ Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

+ Participate in root cause analysis efforts and contribute to continuous service improvements.

+ Support incident, problem, and change management processes.

+ Participate in rotational on-call support as required. Requirements Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered. + 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, data platforms, or business-critical systems.

+ Understanding of support operations, incident management, and service delivery best practices.

+ Experience supporting data pipelines, reporting environments, data warehouses, integrations, or analytics platforms.

+ Ability to read and interpret Python scripts or similar automation workflows.

+ Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, analysis, and data validation.

+ Experience working within Windows and/or Linux environments.

+ Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and logging platforms.

+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business audiences.

+ Demonstrated commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

+ Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience supporting data-intensive, analytics-driven, or highly regulated business environments.

+ Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, or intelligent workflow solutions.

+ Familiarity with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Shell, or similar technologies.

+ Experience supporting cloud-based platforms and modern data services.

+ Knowledge of enterprise ticketing, workflow, or IT service management platforms.
