Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer / Technical Support Specialist to support product troubleshooting, sample assembly, after-sales technical support, and product improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, working directly with mechanical products, and helping reduce external service costs through internal technical support. This position is a great fit for a recent graduate or a candidate with up to 2-3 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Support technical communication with engineering teams in China. Assemble, test, and troubleshoot sample units received at the U.S. warehouse. Provide technical support for sold products, including quality-related issues and customer inquiries. Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and help implement practical solutions. Collaborate with the R&D team to gather field feedback, support product improvement research, and contribute to product iteration efforts. Document technical issues, support corrective actions, and track problem resolution. Work with operations, sales, and engineering teams to improve efficiency and reduce service costs. Assist with other hands-on technical tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents. Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a warehouse-based, hands-on environment. Experience in mechanical equipment, aftermarket parts, agricultural tools, or technical support is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with product assembly, troubleshooting, or field service. Familiarity with agricultural equipment, off-road machinery, or industrial parts. Exposure to working with overseas engineering teams. Interest in product improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
