Position Summary:
The objective of the IT Help Desk I position is to service the informational, technical, communications and data processing needs of Walker County. Tasks will include providing computer hardware and software support, troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve technical issues, evaluate, research, document and make repairs/upgrades as needed in a timely and efficient manner, and assist with the overall administration of the county network, servers, website and end users. This position performs other duties to be determined and assigned as needed.
