Technical Support Technician Location:

Allen, TX 75002

Operations Pay Rate:

$22 $24/hour

Duration:

6 12 Month Contract-to-Hire Job Summary 3+ years of experience in Technical Support / IT Support . Strong experience providing remote technical support via phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshooting experience with network, system, and communication-related issues . Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and basic networking . Experience with incident management, ticketing, escalation, and SLA requirements . Knowledge of VoIP or communication systems . Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and customer service skills. Experience documenting technical issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge-base articles . Ability to monitor system performance, service metrics, and recurring technical issues . Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift-based onsite environment and managing multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Associate degree or equivalent technical education required.

Preferred certifications:

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ . Preferred experience with RF/Network, mobile communication technologies, and AI-enabled technical tools .
