Job Description

Technology Services Manager The Technology Services Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the City's Technology Services Technicians, Help Desk operations, and end-user technology services. This role is responsible for staff development, efficient incident and service management, collaboration across technology teams and other departments, and continuous improvement of customer service delivery and digital workplace technologies in alignment with the City's goals and security standards. Full time employees earn three weeks of vacation during their first year of employment and 10 hours of sick leave a month. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. OR Equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience in IT service operations. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT technical support and end-user technology services. AND Three years in managerial or supervisory capacity. Prior experience managing service desk operations is preferred. Proficiency in managing service desk ticketing platforms, endpoint management and mobile device management solutions preferred. ITIL Foundation, Comp TIA A+, Network+ preferred. Must be able to pass a standard background check, as well as a background check through the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and a drug screen. Valid Class C Driver License.
