TX 75024.

Responsibilities for IT Help Desk Agent include but are not limited to:- Serve as the primary point of contact for technology-related support requests via phone, email, and web channels.
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the incident tracking system.
- Provide Level 1 technical support for low to medium complexity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems involving network connectivity, email systems, operating systems, hardware, software, and business applications.
- Diagnose technical issues through collaboration with users and team members.
- Analyze, track, escalate, and accurately document technical incidents when necessary.
- Assist users with application functionality, features, and usage questions.
- Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base with relevant updates and solutions.
- Follow established support processes, policies, and procedures while making sound business decisions within defined guidelines.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned. Candidates for IT Help Desk Agent must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Strong customer service and user support skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Technical aptitude with proficiency in PC and desktop technologies.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established policies and procedures.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Reliable, adaptable, and flexible in meeting business needs.

Pay:
$ 20.00/hr- $ 20.00/hr on W2
Shift:
Hybrid- Multiple shifts available between 6am
- 9pm, All week
- All shifts include 15 minute paid breaks and 1 unpaid 30 minute lunch.

Pay Details:
