Plano, TX Job Details 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement On-the-job training Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide responsive technical support to employees and assist with the administration of company technology systems and applications. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user technical issues and helps maintain a reliable, secure, and productive technology environment. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, phones, printers, connectivity, and other end-user technology. Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, applications, and endpoint devices. Manage user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, access changes, and device management. Support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Group Policy, Azure, SharePoint, and Windows/Apple endpoints. Provide technical and administrative support for Zoom, Adobe Acrobat/Sign, and CRM systems, including routine data and web portal updates. Maintain IT documentation, procedures, technology asset records, and assigned equipment records. Provide occasional after-hours support and perform other duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum two years of technical support experience. Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365/Office applications. Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Windows Server. Experience with VoIP and cloud-based technologies preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, communication, and customer-service skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands, exercise sound judgment, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing technology and business needs.
