Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician with hands-on networking knowledge to provide onsite technical support for end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities Provide onsite technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests within SLA guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues. Diagnose recurring technical problems and implement proactive solutions to reduce future incidents. Assist users with connecting to corporate LAN/WAN networks, printers, file services, and wireless connectivity. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other end-user computing (EUC) devices. Support and repair mobile devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Perform software installations, upgrades, migrations, and break/fix support. Configure, install, and troubleshoot network printers and scanners, including TCP/IP connectivity, IP addressing, print queues, and device configuration. Provide warranty and break/fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related equipment. Deliver white-glove/VIP support for executive users and specialized equipment. Create, modify, and remove printer configurations based on business requests. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions using the ticketing system. Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and branch personnel, to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform deskside support and other technical duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of desktop support or end-user computing experience. Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. Knowledge of Windows deployment and imaging tools, including SCCM and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) . Experience deploying and migrating Windows operating systems in enterprise environments. Knowledge of data backup and recovery tools. Experience configuring hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Basic networking knowledge, including
