This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys learning new software, solving business problems, and working with teams across the organization. You'll play an important role in implementing and supporting the business applications that keep our company running while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of new business applications from planning through go-live. Assist with system configuration, testing, data validation, user training, and post-implementation support. Provide day-to-day support for business applications by troubleshooting user issues and managing help desk tickets. Set up user accounts, maintain system configurations, and assist with application upgrades. Work with business teams to understand workflows and help improve business processes. Create user guides, training materials, and system documentation. Help onboard newly acquired companies onto USA Water's standard technology platforms. Assist with IT projects and identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in application support, business systems, IT support, business analysis, or a related field (internships count). Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Exposure to enterprise applications, SQL, reporting tools, or software implementations is a plus—but not required.
