In this role, you will be at the forefront of repairing and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices and consumer electronics. Your expertise will ensure that customers receive top-quality service, quick turnaround times, and reliable solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with the latest technology, develop your technical skills, and deliver exceptional customer support. Whether troubleshooting software issues or performing hardware repairs, your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and device longevity. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics. Perform hardware diagnostics and hardware maintenance on cell phones, laptops, desktops, printers, copiers, and other electronic equipment. Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, and specialized repair tools to replace screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal components. Troubleshoot software issues across operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and other platforms. Conduct technical troubleshooting support for smartphone problems like connectivity issues, software crashes, or hardware failures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures for quality control and inventory management. Experience Proven experience in mobile phone repair or consumer electronics repair is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics, soldering (including electrical soldering), and equipment repair techniques. Familiarity with desktop computer repair, printer and copier repair is a plus. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently using analysis skills and technical proficiency. Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding technical support and customer service. Ability to work with hand tools safely while maintaining precision during delicate repairs. We are a family owned business and are flexible to work with.
