Full-Time | Operations About the Role 1Touch Communications is seeking a proactive Technical Field Operations Coordinator to serve as the critical bridge between internal operations, enterprise partners, and onsite field teams. This role combines project coordination, warehouse logistics, documentation quality control, and crew development to ensure seamless technical installations as field operations scale. The ideal candidate thrives across office, warehouse, and job-site environments and can effectively manage client relationships alongside technical workflows. Key Responsibilities Partner & Field Liaison Act as the primary point of contact between central operations, field technicians, and our primary enterprise partner to ensure schedule alignment and clear communication. Manage installation dispatch windows, site access, material availability, and job completion statuses. Serve as the customer-facing representative for status updates, site walk-throughs, and real-time issue resolution. Deployment & Project Management Track installation lifecycles from assignment through close-out, ensuring adherence to project timelines, punch items, and partner SLAs. Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks (access, materials, labor, quality) early by driving resolutions with field teams and management. Monitor crew capacity against upcoming work orders to support strategic scaling decisions. Documentation & Quality Audits Conduct detailed audits of field reports, job completion sign-offs, photo documentation, as-builts, and partner portal uploads. Coach technicians on documentation gaps to maintain rigorous quality and compliance standards. Ensure all work orders, job packets, and inventory tickets are accurate and submitted on schedule. Inventory & Logistics Management Oversee hardware inventory, tool allocation, receiving, cycle counts, and stock tracking for upcoming deployments. Stage job-specific kits and equipment to ensure field technicians have required materials prior to deployment. Flag stock shortages early to prevent project delays. Team Scaling & Crew Development Screen and interview new technician candidates to build out high-performing field teams. Coordinate technical training, onboarding programs, partner-required certifications, and safety refreshers.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience in project coordination, field operations, dispatch, or technical deployment.
Technical Aptitude:
Familiarity with spreadsheets, work-order management software, and client/partner portals.
Logistics & Organization:
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail regarding documentation review and inventory tracking.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve cross-functional conflicts, manage vendor relationships, and conduct interviews.
Licensure & Compliance:
Valid driver's license with willingness to travel to job sites and warehouse facilities; ability to pass background checks required by enterprise partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, wireless, or low-voltage/structured cabling systems. Proven track record managing client relationships or enterprise-level accounts in commercial settings.
