Duties Perform detailed diagnostics on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics to identify hardware and software issues. Repair mobile devices by replacing screens, batteries, charging ports, and other components using hand tools and soldering techniques. Troubleshoot operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve software conflicts or malfunctions. Conduct hardware maintenance and repairs on desktop computers, printers, copiers, and other electronic equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and offering technical troubleshooting support. Use analysis skills to determine root causes of device failures and recommend appropriate solutions for long-term performance. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings to ensure quality control. Qualifications Proven experience with mobile phone repair, including smartphone troubleshooting support for Android and iOS devices. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems such as macOS and Windows. Skilled in hardware diagnostics, electrical soldering, and the use of hand tools for electronics repair. Familiarity with consumer electronics repair including printer and copier troubleshooting. Excellent analysis skills combined with technical proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance. Ability to perform desktop computer repair and handle personal electronics with precision.
