Our Current Need:

We are seeking a technician with knowledge of computer hardware and basic networking. This detail-oriented position will be an integral part of our service team.

What Youll Do:

Work on a variety of tasks Provide integration, testing, and installation support to the customer base. Take direction and seek guidance from the assigned project leads. Installation, configuration, and support of MS 365 Assist other project members during system installation and commissioning. Setup and configuration of laptops and workstations. Malware remediation. Provide support on internal and external projects. Assist in the cabling and configuration of networks.

Requirements:

A+ or equivalent certification (or experience) 1-3 years IT support experience in a technical support role. Must be available to travel to multiple office locations and customer sites. Competency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues on desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment. Willingness and ability to learn new skills and use new types of information. Persistence to see a problem through to its resolution and ability to research possible solutions when encountering resistance. Experience in Microsoft products and operating systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with hand tools and digital tools. Team player who is self-motivated but can work independently as needed. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices) Carry ladders Work from heights Work in small crawl spaces Additional knowledge/expertise in the following is a plus: Construction methods Audio / Video Systems Phone systems / unified communication
