Job Description

Job Overview Swagelok Salt Lake is seeking a dynamic and proactive Custom Solutions Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fluid system components, installation practices, and troubleshooting, enabling them to effectively meet customer requirements. This position works extensively with the engineering team and shop floor assembly team to provide quotes, technical support, and custom assemblies to our customers. This role is critical to ensuring the reliable operation of our custom-engineered fluid systems while supporting innovative projects that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
Support our field engineers and account managers through generating and presenting customer solutions quotes. Interface with internal associates and external customers to serve their technical needs through providing technical support, trainings and onsite services. Support fabrication team through obtaining required Swagelok certifications and supporting assembly production. Support quality team to ensure custom solutions assemblies comply with Swagelok quality requirements.
Personal Development:
completing trainings and services courses with Swagelok University to support development within the engineering team. Experience 1 -3 years or more professional working experience in related field of fluid system Knowledge of broad range of fluid system components and applications is preferred.
Proficient with technology:
Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Physical Requirements:
Walking and standing for extended periods. Regular lifting of 40 - 75 pounds, bending and reaching. Operation of production tools for extended periods. Regular use of computer, phone and standard office equipment.

Onsite Schedule:
M-Th, 8am-5pm, Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
