You'll support employees across the organization with hardware, software, access, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues while gaining hands-on exposure to Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint management, networking, automation, and enterprise infrastructure . This isn't a role where you'll spend all day resetting passwords. You'll work alongside an experienced infrastructure team and have opportunities to grow into more advanced technical responsibilities. What You'll Do Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Outlook, Teams, VPN, application, and connectivity issues Provide onsite and remote technical support Create, modify, and disable accounts in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Troubleshoot MFA, passwords, permissions, security groups, and application access Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and mobile devices Support conference rooms, Teams Rooms, printers, scanners, and workplace technology Diagnose basic Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wired network issues Use Atera or similar RMM tools to deploy software, run scripts, and resolve issues at scale Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding Track tickets, root causes, and resolutions in Jira Maintain Confluence documentation and IT runbooks Assist senior IT staff with infrastructure-related escalations Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything. We want someone who knows how to troubleshoot, investigate, learn, and follow through . You'll likely be successful if you have: 2-7 years of IT support, desktop support, or helpdesk experience Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Exposure to Active Directory and Group Policy Experience with ticketing and documentation platforms such as Jira and Confluence Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP Strong troubleshooting and communication skills A track record of owning issues through resolution Ability to lift workstation equipment up to 40 lbs High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have Experience with Atera or another RMM platform Windows and macOS support experience MDM or mobile carrier management experience CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL certification Exposure to Azure or AWS Experience supporting a multi-site, retail, or manufacturing organization Why ZAGG?
