Working as an IT Specialist for DonorConnect will give you the opportunity to do lots of different things. You will assist our Manager of Information Technology with the day-to-day operations of our IT program. You will be the go-to for any first level IT support issues including hardware and software troubleshooting, fixing network issues, operating system errors, printing, and account access issues. You will install software and hardware as necessary, help move and change computer workstations, printers, phones, conference rooms, and other peripheral devices. You will analyze logs and identify potential issues. As the IT Specialist you document, track, and monitor our problem resolution process and ensure that user requests are completed accurately and on time.
