IT Support (Kingbee, Apex & Basin) Provide day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, and operating systems to employees across three related organizations. Manage and maintain IT equipment inventory Lead onboarding setup for new hires (device configuration, account creation, system access) Handle offboarding processes, including account deactivation and equipment recovery Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets and incidents in a timely manner Manage hardware vendors and act as the main point of contact for IT-related needs 2. Telematics Support Support telematics hardware design and standardization efforts (e.g., vendor consolidation, harness improvements) Test, provision, and prepare devices for deployment Coordinate shipping and logistics for telematics equipment Troubleshoot field issues related to telematics hardware Document configurations, setups, and processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment What we're looking for 2 - 4 years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician, or similar role Strong knowledge of systems (Windows/Linux/Mac, Google Workspace, Google Console a plus) Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset aligned with Kingbee's values. Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
