Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support for employees by diagnosing and resolving desktop, operating system, and basic application issues.
- Respond to incoming service requests in a timely manner, document resolutions clearly, and maintain accurate updates within the ticketing system.
- Assist users with Microsoft Windows 10 support needs, including workstation performance, login concerns, and common configuration issues.
- Manage user account support tasks within Active Directory, such as access updates, password resets, and account maintenance.
- Troubleshoot routine hardware and software problems to minimize downtime and restore normal operations quickly.
- Escalate more complex incidents when needed while ensuring clear communication and follow-through with affected users.
- Support day-to-day help desk activities by prioritizing requests, tracking open issues, and delivering a positive end-user experience.
