Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Colonial Heights, Virginia. In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance to ensure smooth operations and resolve user issues efficiently. This position requires a proactive mindset and expertise in troubleshooting, system support, and service desk management.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to technical support requests and service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows 10 and other systems.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts and permissions.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users regarding hardware and software concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Document resolutions and technical procedures for future reference.
  • Assist in system upgrades and updates to enhance functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with company policies and technical standards.
