Dexian has an immediate opportunity available for a Desktop Technician to provide end-user technology support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, device, access, connectivity, and peripheral issues in a security-conscious environment for our premier aerospace customer.

The Desktop Technician will:

Configure, image, deploy, repair, replace, and recover desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot operating-system, application, access, and connectivity issues. Perform approved data transfers and follow security and change-control procedures. Document incidents, requests, troubleshooting, and resolutions. Maintain accurate asset and configuration records. Meet service-level expectations and communicate status through resolution. Coordinate escalations with other technical teams when needed. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of desktop, deskside, helpdesk, or end-user support experience. Experience with device imaging, deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and data transfers. Strong customer service, documentation, prioritization, and communication skills.

Education:

High School diploma or GED. This position requires an active Department of Defense security clearance at the SECRET level for consideration. U.S. citizens only are eligible for a security clearance and this position.

Location:

This is an on-site position located in Chantilly, VA.

Compensation:

Dexian reasonably expects to offer $24.00 - $31.00/hour for this position based on skills and experience.
