As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a dynamic and professional user community. $30-$36/hour What's the Job? Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption, and antivirus technologies Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime Reimage user devices, back up and restore user data remotely and at user desks Manage tickets efficiently using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, documenting all service events accurately What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting Knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and experience supporting MS Office suite including MS Teams and Outlook Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and anti-virus technologies Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
