Mobile Technology Support Technician (Apple / Intune) Networking Technologies + Support United States, Virginia, Midlothian 14421 Justice Road (Show on map) Jun 05, 2026 Mobile Technology Support Technician (Apple / Intune) Position Overview We are seeking a Mobile Technology Support Technician to provide technical support for enterprise mobile and endpoint devices. This role will focus on supporting Apple devices including MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones, while assisting with endpoint management, device provisioning, and user support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Intune, mobile device management (MDM), desktop support, and customer-facing technical support. This position is less focused on advanced iOS engineering and more focused on device deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and end-user support. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Apple devices including MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices and endpoint hardware.
Utilize Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and policy management.
Support users with hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
Troubleshoot wireless, VPN, network, and authentication issues.
Manage inventory, asset tracking, device lifecycle management, and equipment deployments.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning and account setup.
Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve complex issues.
Follow established security policies and procedures to protect company data and devices. Required Qualifications 2+ years of desktop support, help desk, or mobile device support experience.
Experience supporting Apple devices in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience with Active Directory and user account administration.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise mobility programs.
Familiarity with Network Access Control (NAC) environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance best practices.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Apple certifications. Technical Skills Microsoft Intune
