JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
This role is a technical manager responsible for team leadership and outcomes of service delivery of the printing capability for the client. This includes ticket management, Consumables Management, vendor Coordination and escalation, Asset Management, printer relocation, security compliance status, reporting, adherence to client service metrics, and team direction.
REQUIREMENTS
Active Top Secret clearance or higher 3-5 years of experience in print services, service delivery, or technical operations, including demonstrated team leadership responsibility Experience managing a ticket queue against defined service metrics, including triage, assignment, aging, and escalation Working knowledge of enterprise print and multifunction devices Experience with asset management practices including inventory accountability, tracking, and property records Experience coordinating with vendors and manufacturers, including warranty, parts, and technical escalation paths Demonstrated ability to produce recurring performance reporting for a customer or leadership audience Effective communicator in both verbal and written correspondence, with the ability to direct technical staff and brief client stakeholders Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations with a sense of urgency Attention to detail sufficient to support accountability and audit requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day direction, task assignment, and performance oversight for the print services team Own the print services ticket queue, ensuring tickets are triaged, assigned, worked, and closed within client service metrics Manage escalations from the client and from the team, driving issues to resolution and communicating status clearly Track and report on adherence to client service metrics, and take corrective action where performance is at risk Oversee consumables management including forecasting, ordering, stock levels, and distribution across client locations Maintain accountability for print device assets, including inventory records, moves, adds, changes, and disposals Plan and coordinate printer relocations, installations, and refreshes with minimal disruption to client operations Track and report clearance and site access status for assigned personnel, coordinating with company security and the client to ensure staff are cleared and badged for the locations they support Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers on service, warranty, parts, and escalation Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for the client and for company leadership Identify recurring failure patterns and process gaps, and implement improvements Support hiring, onboarding, and training of print services staff Ensure all team activity complies with client policies and site-specific procedures
PREFERRED TS/SCI
clearance, with or without polygraph Experience delivering print or facility services under a federal contract Experience managing a team working across multiple secure facilities Familiarity with ticketing and work order systems Familiarity with print management or fleet reporting software Manufacturer certifications on Xerox, HP, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon, or Lexmark devices Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
