Job Description

NOVA Computer Solutions is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) that provides technology support and strategic IT services to businesses throughout Northern Virginia, Metro Washington DC, and Maryland. With over 20 years in business, we specialize in supporting professional environments, particularly dental practices. We're looking for a Field Tech to help us exceed client expectations and provide onsite and remote support. This is an in-person role based in Woodbridge, VA that will require travel to client sites on a daily basis.
We'll Provide:
PTO, 401
(k) with 3% company match, health and dental insurance Pay of $17-25/hour Paid training and onboarding support
What You'll Do:
Travel daily to partner offices within Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia in work vehicle. Personal vehicle use may be required on occasion Provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot hardware issues, and provide solution-based recommendations Build and configure equipment for internal staff and external partners Work with senior team members to analyze and resolve problems Maintain clear documentation for each service and project ticket Keep work vehicles and inventory clean and organized Provide exceptional customer service
Skills You'll Need:
2+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of hardware troubleshooting experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and safely use ladders and power tools Strong written and verbal communication Ability to remain calm under pressure Self-motivated to work alone or in a team Ability to research solutions to problems Ability to safely navigate offices under construction Nice to

Experience running cable, installing data drops, and mounting hardware CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent Ready to apply? Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
