Workforce Now , Relias Learning Management System , and organizational mileage reimbursement applications while overseeing Health Information Management functions, compliance activities, auditing processes, and Release of Information operations. This role ensures the integrity, security, availability, and regulatory compliance of electronic health information and related workforce systems.Essential Functions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training and support requests related to the MyAvatar
EHR , ADP
Workforce Now , Relias Learning Management System , and the organization's mileage reimbursement platform.- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot application, workflow, access, documentation, and system-related issues.
- Support daily HIM operations including record maintenance, chart completion, record integrity, and documentation management.
- Conduct routine audits of electronic health records to ensure documentation quality and regulatory compliance.
