$20.58-$29.40 Per Hr Description The position is located in Battle Ground, WA, and is an onsite contract role. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing application and desktop support services, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The role requires proficiency in common office software and desktop environments. Key Responsibilities Provide in-person, desk-side, and remote support to business users. Troubleshoot IT-related problems for PC, network, phone, printer, and mobile devices. Participate in technology refresh projects and perform asset management. Coordinate resolution activities and serve as the single point of contact for end users. Comply with IT security policies and standard processes. Qualifications Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong prioritization skills and ability to adapt to changing technologies. Bachelor's in Information Technology or Associate's degree plus 3-5 years of experience. Experience with ITIL-focused ticket management tools, ServiceNow is a plus. Experience with desktop/laptop imaging and hardware & software maintenance.
