Job Description
Factory IT Support Technician (FAAS) Location - Everett, WA Shift/Time - 8am to 6:30pm, Sunday to Wednesday Job Summary We are seeking a Factory IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a manufacturing environment. This role supports production systems and end-user devices across a large facility, requiring frequent walking throughout the factory floor. Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support across production and warehouse areas
- Troubleshoot PCs, workstations, and industrial terminals
- Support barcode scanners, label printers, and handheld devices
- Assist with basic network and connectivity issues
- Perform device setup, imaging, swaps, and hardware troubleshooting
- Support production systems and ensure minimal downtime
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams as needed Requirements
- IT support, desktop support, or field tech experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift
- Must wear steel-toe shoes in facility
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Nice to Have
- Manufacturing or factory IT support experience
- Experience with scanners, printers, or production systems
