About the Role You will be working with the customers of our client to resolving complex technical issues, deploying hardware and software solutions, and collaborating with a team that is committed to excellence. You will work directly with clients to ensure their systems run smoothly and securely while gaining exposure to a wide range of environments and technologies. What you will be doing:
Complete assigned work according to the PSA and ensure all work order documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner and add/update client documentation. Respond to customer requests for technical assistance, interface to identify needs and concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain assigned tools, test equipment, and spare parts in good working order while providing input on tool and equipment selection to ensure optimal performance and efficiency Estimate man-hour requirements and research technical issues as necessary to provide technical solutions using all available resources including the knowledgebase. Provide technical input during bid preparation and participate in pre-job bid meetings as requested to support accurate and effective project planning. Supervise the activities of Level 1 technicians as needed. Assist in the selection and development of service staff. Support overall business operations by participating in staff, safety, and quality control meetings, and providing input for planning and process improvement. Maintain technical competency and required model or brand-specific service certifications to ensure up-to-date expertise and compliance with industry standards. Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment areas. About You 3+ years of experience as a computer technician in a multi-client environment. CompTIA A+ Certifications. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to perform onsite work that can be over 1 hr. away drive time. Experience with servicing networks and systems. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing network and system hardware and software problems. Experience loading and configuring networks, system software and hardware. Ability to provide leadership and supervisory support to Level 1 Technicians. Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal staff while responsibly handling company and client equipment and assets.
