Job Description:

Technician will work out of our Marysville location providing over the phone or remote helpdesk services, and when needed will be dispatched to client's location for in person on premise helpdesk services or project implementation. Will be responsible for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Will correspond and provide collaborative support to other team members. Will be responsible for updating documentation and processes. Will be responsible for briefing IT Coordinator and executives.

Ideal Candidate must have:

Professional work ethic. Great customer service. Excellent communication skills. Experience with Windows Server. Experience with Azure and AWS. Experience with Mac OS.
