Job Description

We're looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on Level 2 support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and Global IT to keep critical technology secure, reliable, and running efficiently. You'll support everything from desktop hardware and applications to shop-floor systems and machine-level integration, while helping advance Industry 4.0 and modern manufacturing technology. What You'll Do Provide Level 2 onsite support for hardware, operating systems, applications, connectivity, and manufacturing systems. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver excellent customer service. Support cybersecurity requirements, including patching, antivirus, firewalls, and secure manufacturing environments. Partner with Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Global IT on technology projects and system integrations. Support shop-floor and machine-level integration with enterprise systems. Develop documentation and knowledge articles to improve support and enable self-service. Help standardize technology and drive adoption of enterprise and Industry 4.0 solutions. Manage incidents, changes, assets, and other IT service processes. What You Bring 2+ years of IT support experience. Degree/diploma in IT or equivalent experience preferred. Manufacturing, engineering, or R&D IT experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across teams. Industry 4.0, Microsoft, or related technology certifications are a plus. ITIL Foundation certification.
