- We are looking for a Lab Computing Analyst to join a dynamic laboratory IT team supporting Windows-based laboratory systems and scientific instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for laboratory computers, Windows systems, peripherals, and instrument-controlled software
- Perform computer imaging, Windows installation/upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Support scientific instruments and their connected computers/software
- Manage equipment onboarding, relocation, upgrades, and retirement
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with instrument vendors
- Support system validation, change management, security, and compliance activities
- Maintain equipment/PC/software inventory and technical documentation ?

Required Skills:
- Strong Windows / Desktop Support experience
- Experience with computer imaging and deployment
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting laboratory or scientific instrumentation
- Knowledge of networking and Windows security/permissions
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills ?

Preferred:
- Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical experience
- Scientific instrumentation experience
- Experience in GxP, GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environments
- Experience working in validated environments ?
