About Us:
Choice Products USA is a growing technology-driven company located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We develop and support our own business software while maintaining a modern Microsoft-based infrastructure supporting manufacturing, warehousing, and office operations. We're looking for an energetic IT professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and helping people succeed. This position offers the opportunity to work with enterprise technologies while gaining hands-on experience in networking, servers, virtualization, cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows PCs. Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365. Support Active Directory users and computers. Install and maintain Windows workstations and servers. Assist with network administration including switches, Wi-Fi, DHCP, and DNS. Support UniFi networking equipment. Help maintain VMware virtual infrastructure. Monitor backups and disaster recovery systems. Assist with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection. Document IT procedures and network changes. Work directly with employees to resolve technical issues. Assist with hardware deployments and upgrades. Participate in special IT projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related field, or equivalent experience. 0-3 years of IT experience.
Basic understanding of:
Windows 11 Windows Server Active Directory TCP/IP networking
DNS DHCP
Microsoft 365 Excellent troubleshooting skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Bonus Experience:
Experience with any of the following is a plus but not required: VMware UniFi Networking PowerShell SQL Server Microsoft Intune Veeam Backup & Replication Azure Network security VLANs VPN technologies
