Overview We're seeking a customer-focused IT Site Support Specialist to join a growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and expanding their technical knowledge in a hands-on environment.
This position offers a blend of Level 1 and Level 2 support, with the majority of the day focused on resolving user tickets and providing technical assistance. You'll also have opportunities to participate in IT projects, gain exposure to new technologies, and grow your career within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Handle password resets, account access requests, and permission-related support.
- Support printers, network-connected devices, and other end-user equipment.
- Manage and resolve tickets through the organization's service management platform.
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
- Assist with desktop setup, maintenance, and user support activities.
- Participate in IT projects and technology initiatives as assigned.
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Stay current on new technologies, systems, and support procedures through ongoing training. Required Qualifications
- Experience providing Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support in a professional environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
- Experience supporting Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Office 365 administration and user support.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of PC deployment, hardware repairs, and desktop support best practices.
- Exposure to networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Chute, WI.
