- Description
- Provide Tier 2 end-user technical support by troubleshooting, tracking, resolving, and communicating technology issues. This role supports break/fix activities, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests, endpoint device support, and IT asset management processes to ensure a reliable and efficient user computing environment.
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, document, track, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues within the end-user environment.
- Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
- Fulfill installation, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests for end-user technology equipment.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and serve as an escalation point for complex user issues.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint devices and software applications.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Active Directory, and enterprise desktop technologies.
- Assist with software deployments, device refreshes, and workstation migrations.
- Support IT asset lifecycle processes including inventory tracking, deployment, recovery, and disposal.
- Escalate issues when appropriate and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate incident, service request, and asset documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting users in high-pressure situations. Essential Functions
- Provide break/fix support for end-user devices and applications.
- Support IMAC activities and endpoint deployments.
- Manage and support IT asset management processes.
- Deliver Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and printers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues.

- Qualifications
- Experience
- 3+ years of endpoint computing, desktop support, or technical support experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise end-user environments.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
- Knowledge of endpoint support and desktop administration practices.
- Understanding of IT asset management processes and lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn internal systems, processes, policies, and technologies with minimal supervision.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merrill, WI.
