full-time The Application Specialist is part of the Information Technology team. This role is responsible for the support of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation. This role requires daily onsite work in the Milwaukee area with occasional in state travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This person will work closely with all business units to provide onsite support and guidance. Attention to deal and excellent analytic skills and critical thinking skills (strong problem-solving skills). Must have the ability to provide proper documentation on the assigned application to users with varying education and learning abilities. Assists in the support of training documentation and the on-line support knowledgebase. Keeps Supervisor advised of outstanding issues and support needs. Performs with a high level of customer service skills on all support requirements. Occasional training and instruction for system updates and workflows will be required. Promotes and participates in the team approach to support and manage all projects. Skillful and flexible at managing change. Travel will be required to sites as needed for assistance with the team for project upgrades. Excellent interpersonal skills including written communication.
