Requirements Why You'll Love This Opportunity Launch your IT career with a supportive team Gain hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies Continuous learning and professional development Certification-driven career path with compensation growth opportunities Company-paid qualifying certification exam fees Work alongside experienced IT professionals and mentors Clear advancement opportunities within the organization What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and in person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and network-related issues Log, track, and manage incidents through the helpdesk ticketing system Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction Assist with new employee technology setup, including hardware and software configuration Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles Participate in training programs and team meetings to expand technical knowledge Deliver outstanding customer service while building trusted relationships with users What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field High School Diploma or equivalent Strong interest in technology and a desire to build a career in IT Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, mobile devices, and common software applications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Prior customer service, helpdesk, or technical support experience Preferred Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts Experience supporting users in a professional or educational environment Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus Growth & Development We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
