Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide Level 1 technical support and outstanding customer service to end users. + Serve as the initial point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests. + Gather, analyze, and troubleshoot reported issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and assigned technology solutions. + Answer questions regarding installation, configuration, operation, customization, and use of supported technologies. + Create, maintain, and utilize knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures to resolve recurring issues. + Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams as needed. + Assist with the rollout, implementation, and user training of new technologies and systems. + Install, configure, and support desktop computers, peripheral devices, software applications, and remote access solutions. + Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support activities within the IT service management platform, following ITIL best practices. + Support conference room technology and audio/visual equipment. + Assist with hardware and software procurement, including evaluating business needs and recommending solutions. + Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on their value and potential implementation. + Collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution. + Mentor and support junior team members. + Participate in an on-call support rotation as required. + Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Required Qualifications + Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to professionally troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Experience installing, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting desktop applications and end-user devices. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Advanced working knowledge in at least five of the following areas: + Computer hardware + Windows operating systems + Microsoft Office Suite + Active Directory + Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) + Telephony systems + Desktop imaging + Hardware provisioning + Audio/Video technologies + Remote access and remote user support + Strong networking fundamentals, includingTCP/IP, VPN
technologies, Wi-Fi, and security best practices. + Experience supporting remote and home-office users. + Understanding of project management principles and methodologies. + Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. + Strong customer service and communication skills are critical for success in this role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
