The primary job function of the Product Specialist/Customer Support Intern will be to learn the Lightning Pick product suite. As they gain knowledge from interaction with this set of products, they would be asked to participate in job functions that would enhance that knowledge and provide exposure to the types of activities that would be expected from a person who occupies this position in a full-time capacity. Along with this primary function, an intern in this position would get the opportunity to participate in LP internal design discussions, planning sessions, and customer events that are held in the Waukesha facility.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary job function of the Software Intern will be the completion of one or more software projects. A project may include a modification or addition to a portion of the Lightning Pick (LP) product suite, the creation of a software tool for internal LP use, or an addition to an existing customer's LP system. The completion of each project may require the software intern to explore, understand, and utilize unfamiliar tools, purchased products, or integrated components. Along with this primary function, the software intern would get the opportunity to participate in LP internal design discussions, planning sessions, and customer events that are held in the Waukesha facility. The software intern would also be expected to learn the basic functionality and application of the Lightning Pick product suite.

POSITION SUMMARY
Overview:
IT Technicians work with Lightning Pick employees to assist with any IT-related issues and have Lightning Pick product competency to assist with customer support. An IT Technician in a full-time position will get assigned IT-related tasks such as: computer setup/help, software testing, and in-house equipment upkeep. Other duties include providing support to existing customers, assisting in product demonstrations, and new-customer software training. IT Technicians work directly with the rest of the Lightning Pick employees to help wherever needed.
