Application Support Specialist and Institutional Technologist

Bethany College is seeking to fill the full-time position of Application Support Specialist and Institutional Technologist. Manage classroom technology Provide immediate support for classroom technology Ensure classes can proceed using available technology in classrooms Manage Scheduling and Inventory of Media and Classroom Tech Equipment Cable Installation and Repair Provide overall Institutional Technologist function to the campus Support for faculty, staff, and students on new and existing resources and technologies Conduct training classes for all users in the use of campus technology Hardware / Software Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair for PC and Mac Manage User Set-Up Training & Module Management for Software Apps Assist Users with the usage, operation, and troubleshooting of the Ellucian Colleague system Use Entrinsik Informer to Analyze data and write Reports for departments Previous Cyber-Security experience is preferred Provide additional support to other members of IT when necessary Work Evenings and weekends as needed All other duties as assigned
