9:00 am-5:00 pm (flexible)

Work Arrangement:

Onsite SUMMARY Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments. General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions. Makes independent decisions. Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Test Method Validation (TMV), Test Method Development, Design of Experiments (DoE), and data analysis using Python. Collect, process, and analyze digital sensor output data. Develop and maintain test beds for product testing and validation. Troubleshoot technical issues related to testing and system performance. Develop comprehensive test plans and testing protocols. Execute hands-on testing activities. Author detailed technical reports and documentation. Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect collection, documentation, tracking, and summarization for the development partner.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software Engineering preferred). 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience working in an FDA- or FAA-regulated environment is a strong plus. Medical device industry experience is highly preferred. ?

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Risk and requirements management. Technical writing (protocols, reports, and related documentation). Demonstrated experience working with complex systems.
