Working with a highly collaborative team of technical innovators, you will help shape advanced aerospace products and technologies that support the future of flight. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the full product lifecycle, from concept development through to certification, production, and in-service support. As a Principal Nacelle Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the integration of actuation (or similar) systems and sub-systems throughout the product life cycle from requirements capture to entry into service and in-service support. You will be responsible for driving the design and integration activities within multidisciplinary engineering teams and with customers.
What You Will Do:
Executing and enforcing requirements capture, management and flow down. Leading the system or subsystem architecture and integration into the Nacelle and airplane systems. Ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and in-service requirements Supporting system integration and installation activities across actuation systems and interfacing equipment. Conducting design reviews and delivering technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Leading risk identification, risk mitigation, and design assurance activities. Investigating product issues during development, qualification, production, and in-service operation. Supporting failure investigations and corrective action programmes. Supporting customer engagement activities and new business opportunities
