Job Description
As a Staff Steering Systems Engineer, you will drive the design, development, and execution of next-generation steering systems. This position involves development, validation, and vehicle integration of steering systems into Ford Motor Company vehicles. You will bridge deep technical expertise in electro-mechanical hardware, chassis controls software, electrical and system-level architecture with rigorous engineering discipline to optimize steering performance, safety, cost, and manufacturability. Working across concept design, feasibility analysis, and full-vehicle validation, you will play a central role in delivering best-in-class steering and vehicle attributes for our next-generation portfolio.
