About the RoleWe are seeking a Contact Center Developer to support a cloud contact center modernization initiative. This hands-on role will focus on Amazon Connect, Salesforce integrations, API development, IVR enhancements, automation, testing, and technical documentation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop, configure, test, and support scalable customer engagement solutions that improve both customer and agent experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure solutions within Amazon Connect and related cloud contact center platformsSupport Salesforce Voice and CRM integrationsBuild and enhance IVR, routing, queue management, chat, and self-service capabilitiesDevelop and support API integrations and connected systemsSupport AI-enabled contact center features such as conversational IVR, chatbots, agent assist, and call summarizationBuild cloud-based solutions using AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatchSupport CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and deployment automation using Terraform, Git, and Azure DevOpsParticipate in testing, troubleshooting, implementation support, and technical documentation Required Qualifications2+ years of development or technical delivery experience in cloud contact center, enterprise application, or customer engagement environmentsExperience with Amazon Connect or a similar cloud contact center platformExperience with Salesforce, Salesforce Voice, or CRM contact center integrationsExperience developing with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, or similar technologiesWorking knowledge of API integrations, troubleshooting, and integration workflowsExperience with Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps toolsUnderstanding of IVR design, call flows, routing, queues, chat, self-service, and omni-channel contact center conceptsGeneral understanding of cloud security, access controls, logging, monitoring, and secure development practicesStrong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred QualificationsExperience implementing Amazon Connect and Salesforce Voice solutionsExperience with AI-powered contact center tools, including Amazon Lex, conversational bots, agent assist, call summarization, or speech analyticsExperience with serverless architectures, event-driven integrations, and release management practicesExperience supporting omni-channel customer engagement platformsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a collaborative developer with a strong technical foundation who enjoys solving problems and building modern customer engagement solutions.
