Job Description Support the design, configuration, migration, and ongoing stabilization of macOS device management in Microsoft Intune.
Configure and troubleshoot Intune policies, profiles, certificates, compliance, and security settings.
Package, test, and deploy macOS applications in Intune.
Develop and maintain scripts/automation for enrollment, application deployment, and remediation.
Troubleshoot complex macOS enrollment, Wi-Fi/VPN, security, and application issues.
Support Cyber/security integrations and compliance requirements.
Work with Microsoft, Apple, vendors, application owners, and internal support teams to resolve technical issues.
