Must be able to formulate plans based on the development of innovative new designs to resolve advanced technical engineering problems. Must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with other departments, customers, government representatives, and other professionals. Must be customer‑focused and able to work on a self‑initiated basis or in a team environment. Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards. Must have the ability to direct system‑level design through interconnect diagrams and interface control documentation. Must be able to work extended hours and travel as required (up to 25%).
