Job Requirements Aurora, CO Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Overview VTG is looking for an Agile System Engineer III to provide technical leadership for systems engineering activities across Agile teams, ensuring mission alignment, architectural integrity, and delivery discipline. This role is based in Aurora, Colorado. What will you do? Lead end to end systems engineering activities within Agile delivery frameworks Define and manage system level requirements, dependencies, and technical risks Guide decomposition of complex mission needs into scalable Agile backlogs Serve as primary systems engineering interface to government stakeholders and technical leadership Ensure architectural alignment, interface consistency, and integration readiness Oversee requirements traceability, verification strategy, and system acceptance Mentor junior and mid level systems engineers Support program reviews, technical roadmaps, and long range planning Do you have what it takes? TS/SCI with Poly Required Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
