As a Customer Systems Engineer 3_USD, you will be part of the Systems Validation Department supporting the Data Center and Enterprise SSD product lines. What's the Job? Independently plan and execute customer-specific SSD and system validation cycles and qualification runs. Set up, configure, and maintain validation environments including systems, firmware, OS, and platform settings. Analyze validation results, identify failures, and determine next steps such as debugging and risk assessment. Develop, extend, and maintain validation test cases, scripts, and automation tools. Serve as a technical owner for assigned projects, providing mentorship and sharing best practices across teams. What's Needed? Proven experience in system validation, particularly with enterprise or data-center SSD products. Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts and test cases. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
