This opportunity involves working with complex contact center architectures and supporting customer experience systems in a collaborative environment.
UC Contact Center Engineer II Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and support IVR/ACD scripts within contact center platforms. Serve as an expert in Genesys CloudCX capabilities, evaluating requests and documenting requirements. Provide proactive maintenance, troubleshoot IVR systems, and conduct root-cause analysis. Assist with unit and quality assurance testing to ensure system integrity. Support customer acceptance testing and resolve any technical issues that arise.
UC Contact Center Engineer II Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of telephony systems, including WebRTC, SIP, VoIP, and QoS. Experience supporting and administering PureCloud (Genesys Cloud). Proven ability to develop architect flows, scripts, and IVR/ACD attendant scripts. Knowledge of contact center technologies such as ACD, dialers, call recordings, and WFM. Strong systems planning skills and familiarity with omni-channel technologies.
